Hi, we are Laura, Aven and Chris. We have dreamed of owning a property along the river for as long as we can remember, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Laura grew up in Colorado but moved to Oregon after spending a week at snowboard camp on Mt. Hood. She immediately fell in love with the mountain community and never could have imagined then that she would one day own her own slice of paradise on the edge of the Sandy River.

Chris is from Missouri and followed his friends here over 20 years ago. He has a deep love for hosting others and providing experiences for his friends and family that they will always remember. Whether it be in his home or along the trail, he will make sure you are never hungry!

Aven plays basketball for his high school in suburbs of Portland and enjoys snowboarding on his free weekends. He has recently started to explore video editing and you may come across his work on our instagram page.
