Perfect for your retreat
Tucked away on over an acre of private, riverfront land, Sandy River’s Hush is the perfect setting for your small group retreat. The property features a cozy main cabin, a large garage ready for all your adventure gear, a charming bunkhouse with a full bath and four twin beds, plus wide open grassy spaces and a gazebo for gathering. With room to spread out and nature all around, the possibilities for connection, creativity, and adventure are endless.
Front row view to the river
The moment you arrive, the gentle hush of the Sandy River welcomes you. Step through the back door and into a world where the river’s power and peace fill the air. Sip a drink, dive into a book, or simply sit and watch the water move — it's your view, and your time, every moment you're here.
Cozy and Calm
Welcome to Sandy River's Hush, where we invite you into a haven of quiet comfort, adventure, and genuine connection with nature. As your hosts, we've designed this space with the spirit of rest and exploration in mind, honoring the flow of the river and the peace it brings.
Tucked on 1.2 acres of riverfront along the Sandy River, our cabin offers a rare blend of seclusion and convenience—just 2 minutes from Hwy 26, yet it feels like a world away. The hush of the river can be heard from every corner of the property, especially when you open the back door of the main cabin.
Inside, the main cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a warm and inviting living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace, a reading nook, and 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. Create a cozy fire using firewood that we provide on site, pre-cut into kindling and fire-ready logs, all included for no additional cost.
The main floor includes a king bedroom with an ensuite bath—soaking tub and separate shower included. Upstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite (tub + shower), and a third bedroom with three twin beds, just next to a full bath with shower.
Next door, the detached garage is set up as a gear-friendly zone—a great spot to drop and dry everything after a day on the mountain. There’s space to tune bikes, snowboards, and skis, making it a perfect basecamp for year-round adventure. Above the garage, the bunkhouse includes a full bath and four built-in bunk beds. It's ideal for kids or night owls—equipped with a TV, streaming apps, and a PlayStation.
Every bedroom is outfitted with Pendleton bedding and every bathroom with soft, Pendleton towels. Cozy blankets are tucked throughout the cabin. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything from a Nespresso machine and kettle to an air fryer, Instant Pot, and griddle.
We’ve taken care of all the details so you can focus on what matters: relaxing, listening to the river, and reconnecting—with yourself, your people, and nature.
